Poor quality app.

Many issues with this software for us. Recent ones include: screen going white when recording, won’t upload despite showing it uploaded, we still have customers that can’t open videos frequently, app seems to have issues with Bluetooth devices being active, the metrics they produce to show how well you employees are using the app is flawed as we’ve shown management several times. Good tool, lousy implementation. Look for a better provider.

Horrible

The app and the main system are both horrible. At least I can delete the app. I have to use the main system for work. No way to filter between yourself an other advisors if they are not logged in or answering their texts which means you are getting multiple notifications on your devices all day. This is an easy fix and I have even asked about it and was told it wasn’t set up to be used that way. There are much better options out there...i.e. MyKaarma.

The app and main system show so much promise but shortsightedness has made the whole thing a giant pain to use.

Poor performance for a good interface

The layout and design are good. However, that doesn’t matter when the app can not perform simple functions which are common performance standards of today. I use this app for work, and every time I get a notification (once I finally started receiving them) it takes 5-10 seconds to load into the app and display the information. Very slow processing and many issues with receiving notifications. Poor performance overall, especially for business/work, when efficiency and time are ever so important.
