Phone Tracker - Family Locator 4+

I purchased the app with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have the app more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase the app) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. Terrible experience.

Tried this to find a family member’s lost phone, which is what it says it will do (“Find a phone by number “) Before you pay, it does not mention that you must have the lost phone in order to install it!
If you don’t have the lost phone, this app is useless. If you do have the lost phone, this app is still useless, because you don’t need it. Waste of time and money.

I subscribed to this because the description claimed that I could find out whether my spouse is cheating by using their number. Once I paid and had access to the app, I discovered that the person I would be tracking has to sign up to be part of my circle. Why would a cheating spouse sign up so they can knowingly be tracked? This app is useless. It offers the same features as Life360 but gouges on price. Do not purchase!!!!
