If you read my book (The IBS/Fructose/Lactose or Sorbitol Navigator) and know your sensitivity level (0 very sensitive, 1 sensitive, 2 moderately sensitive) enter the respective number. If you do not know the level from our book, select yes towards the ingredient you are sensitive towards.
Afterwards, you can search for any food either by entering its name in the search bar or by finding it in the fitting category below.
For each food you see the tolerable amounts in a fitting unit as well as in gram for cooking.

You can’t see what the app is about unless you purchase. So I purchased it. You can’t record, it doesn’t show ingredients. Not sure how you’re supposed to use this app

Thank you for your feedback. When you download the demo, on top, you find the category "Check usability with test category". Here you can see how the app works. Moreover, you will find all the foods and beverages covered by the app. A different solution is not possible due to licence agreements. On the bright side, the data quality is top notch. Won’t allow you to edit intolerance
I bought this app because I loved book “ fructose navigator”. Wanted app to help with new diagnosis. Does not load beyond initial screen. Deleted and reinstalled no help.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that at the beginning, you only see a demo version. After purchasing the app by clicking the button at the bottom, you will be able to select fructose intolerance.
