Horrible app
This app is the absolute worst. The bikes and their location were amazing, but when we went to either unlock the bikes or end the ride it turned into a nightmare of the app crashing constantly or being unable to load up. Avoid this service if at all possible. Better to spend an extra 30 euros and avoid the waste of time it will take to begin your ride or end it.
