Description
With HaasService, you have the ability to search through hundreds of How-To Procedures, Troubleshooting Guides, Diagrams, and Manuals directly from your mobile device. By entering your machine’s serial number, the results will be tailored to your type of machine. You can also search for keywords or phrases to efficiently troubleshoot any issue you may be facing.
For our certified service technicians, additional tools are available to resolve work orders, keep notes, and track travel and labor time.

Ratings and Reviews
Service history review
App will not allow me to open service history reports. Found issue while performing service and want to review previous reports to determine root cause of component failure.
Sort of works.
Thumbnail pictures of parts are incredibly small and links to pictures don’t work.
After clicking on a part number the next page has the thumbnail pictures but omits the part number. And the links to related procedures don’t work.
The app routinely needs to be deleted and reloaded because it hangs up in a loop of loading procedures.
Somewhat usable but quite frustrating most of the time.
Used to work.
Now when I try to login using HBC login it says to use HBC log in. I’ve tried it with and without caps. I’ve tried it with and without the @hfo . It just refuses to log in. It was great until it stopped letting me log in.
