How to Access the KeyMobile App

New Users:
To begin using the KeyMobile app, follow these steps:
• Download and install the KeyMobile app.
• Click on Register
• Enter your BVN, account number, and select a verification option.
• Provide the last six digits of your card.
• Enter the SMS OTP sent to your phone.
• Create a preferred username and password.

Existing Users:
If you are already a registered user, you can access the KeyMobile app using the following methods:
• Log in with your username.
• Enter your existing password to complete transactions, OR
• Utilize facial recognition OR
• Utilize fingerprint authentication for a seamless login experience.

Unsatisfactory service

Right now, Keystone Bank is a wise choice. The service doesn't cause disruptions like the majority of other banks have. But I'm curious as to why a bank that strives to be the best is unable to resolve the problems with printing out bank statements or reviewing initial transactions or past transaction slips. Another issue is that the date on the transaction slip differs from the date that appears in the transaction history. Lastly, this app is obsolete and subpar because there are no options for banks like Opay and Palmpay when transferring to the aforementioned banks. So, I'm only giving it two stars because the current better service for transferring or receiving money is only tolerable rather than stable.

Update your app regularly like other banks

Have you checked other bank apps? Your app is the most boring and outdated app of all the mobile banking apps i know in the country...two of my friends stopped using your bank due to the poor graphics of your banking app. Stanbic and access bank app caught their attention. Graphics and presentation brings more customers...modernise your app and stop giving us old school design...i love your banking services but your mobile app is the worst in Nigeria

Honestly don’t think this app was tested before being deployed. 85% of the features don’t even work well. Can’t increase transfer limit always getting ‘Something went wrong’ all the time. At least display appropriate error lemme know what the issue is. Disgusting honestly. This bank has given me more headache than all my other banks combined for years, and I’ve only had this account for about 6 months. You guys really need to get your ish together and provide better service. Only reason I still have this bank is cause it’s my salary account. I don’t even know what my pin is again because I keep having to reset it cause you guys keep messing with my initial pin. Now I’m forced to go to the bank, which defeats the purpose of an app. Trash
