I dont know how this works
I opened the app and tried watching Naruto shippuden but when I clicked on it all that was happening was showing me “mark as watched” I tried everything and it wont play someone explain?
Issue
hello, my name is Kesha I have your guy's old app I’m guessing and I have emailed you guys numerous times about the problems that I am having I pay for a service that I expect to see so when I’m paying for the service you all go back to the original commercials and I’ve tried to restore the app plenty of times and nothing is working. You all have an amazing set-up. I can’t agree with that. Any movie that I am looking for you have and that’s what I like about you guys but the problem is coming within and it needs to be fixed
Freezing
The show always freezes when I try to like turn it. The sound would be playing but the show is frozen then I try to leave the app and it lags the whole device. When I try to turn the device off it won’t turn off until 30 seconds later. One time it wouldn’t let me turn on my device for like a minute or two. It was so bad that I want to give it a 0 but that’s not possible so I give it a 1.
