Just not working
My app is current. I'm checking out and need to change the delivery instructions. The page with the approximate 7 things with arrows/carrots that presumably would allow me to hit the arrow to open it for more info and to edit...do not work. Not one carrot/arrow turns down and there's no way to change any of that info. Also..I was in my profile/account, changed the birthdate, which for some reason randomly picked whatever it wanted...I hit done, it said it was updated, but when I went back...it was NOT updated.
I ordered from the app a couple weeks ago, as long as you don't try to do anything but order it seems okay, but if you need to change any information...good luck, it doesn't work!!
Unintuitive
Unintuitive UI and does not track rewards status which means I cannot order drinks ahead of time and get the discount that they advertise.

The Loyalty Rewards Status is available on the app, under Rewards > My Account, and the app can be used to order free coffee drkins ahead, if you are a Sous Chef or a Master Chef. Please contact discover@domschicago.com if you need assistance with your Loylaty Rewards status.
