The app is home to Burn Boot Camp Live, our signature 45-minute boot camp live-streamed Monday - Friday at 9 AM EST. Work out at home or on vacation with Burn Boot Camp On Demand. Access hundreds of videos featuring content like 20-minute Quick Camps, Form University, Kids Camps, and recovery videos like stretching, foam rolling, and yoga.
Our next-generation app will provide users with exactly what they need and expect: an easy, convenient way to get the very best in workouts, nutrition, activewear, equipment, and more.

Great workout 🔥
I’ve been going to Burn for a few years now and I recently decided to try the Burn on Demand App. While I primarily like to go in person there are days when my my schedule between work and the kids just doesn’t allow time for the commute. I like that I can check the protocols ahead of time on the app and I always get a great workout and find the protocol I am looking for. Scheduling in advance is super easy and the app is very intuitive. My only feedback is when I pause the on demand videos in the app to grab water or a weight it sometimes times out if I take too long and then I have to find my place again on the video and recast the video back to my tv.

Every workout is 🔥
I don’t live close enough to a Burn location but was really interested in their workouts. I have been using Burn On Demand for about 3 months now and it is incredible. Matt is the best and provides great cues that I don’t even realize I need until he says them! There are also modifications for every exercise depending on fitness level and equipment you may/may not have.
The workouts are so challenging and leave me feeling accomplished everyday. I love following along with the protocol or being able to pick my own workouts. Try it out, you will not regret it!

Biggest Scam Artist Around!!
Stay far away from this place!! They will make you sign a contact on an iPad that you can not even read take your credit card information then take money from your card for a membership you don’t even have. My daughter and i joined for 6 months. Decided we just wanted to do one month after that was told sure you can sign up for one month, just sign here on this iPad and go jump into the class. After our one month we did not return. Later to find out that they continued to take monthly payments out of my credit card. When I called and explained we only signed for the one month I was told to bad it’s in the contact it’s on going unless you cancel I was never informed of this never received an email of my contact or a written contact they just stole my money right from my credit card. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay far away from this place a bunch of thieves!!!!!
