I previously ordered the comfortable bra with adjustable straps and love it. It is as advertised: very comfortable with great support. However, I decided to try the neckline bra and was disappointed. Ordered the same size and it doesn’t fit very well and it has no support. I will be sending that one back.

I bought the comfort wireless free bra with adjustable straps. It was so comfortable and I love that one. So I decided to buy the new neckline bra. I was very disappointed. Ordered same size and doesn’t fit well at all. It doesn’t support and doesn’t have the comfort sides. So would recommend the original with adjustable straps but not the neckline with adjustable straps.

Review of Ulta Beauty
Ulta’s return policy is very deceptive and won’t recommend purchasing from the store.
I initially choose not to be a rewards member or provide my phone number. I’ve bought products and had been satisfied with other purchases. However, I recently got a product I did not like wanted to return for a store credit. I had lost my receipt but had my ID. Much to my surprise a $50 purchase was only worth 92 cents because someone had used reward points to buy this product in the last ninety 90 days. Shame shame shame on Ulta.
They are essentially punishing customers that don’t want to be reward members. I won’t buy anything else from them until this practice is stopped.
