Missing for 5 days and ZERO customer service

Parcel went missing for 5 days. I tried the ‘chats function, it’s not chat at all, I’ve a very basic ticket raising system, I tried the phone number too, you can’t speak to a human. I eventually got a reply saying I’d get a call the next day before 10am, 4 days later no call. EVRi fraudulently claimed they’d tried to deliver but in the email stated they hadn’t, constant gaslighting. Absolutely the worst courier and non existent customer service.

Leaving parcels at the top of the drive…

Leaving parcels at the top of the drive is poor form, unsafe and not secure. It’s the first time I’ve had this with EVRi and I’m hopeful it’s the last.

Scruffy store with staff that act like they really don’t want to be there, so much you would be forgiven for thinking you were bothering them in a pub.

Great brush, inadequate and overpriced case.

I am really pleased with my brush so far, it is powerful and my mouth feels super clean. I was disappointed the travel case with the blue LED doest work unless it is plugged in, making the travel element benefit defunct. Love the brush, save your money on the case.
