Missing for 5 days and ZERO customer service
Parcel went missing for 5 days. I tried the ‘chats function, it’s not chat at all, I’ve a very basic ticket raising system, I tried the phone number too, you can’t speak to a human. I eventually got a reply saying I’d get a call the next day before 10am, 4 days later no call. EVRi fraudulently claimed they’d tried to deliver but in the email stated they hadn’t, constant gaslighting. Absolutely the worst courier and non existent customer service.
