BEWARE CANADIANS. They used USPS and I was charged a bogus $75 customs brokerage fee on top of the USD$51 shipping I had already paid and the taxes. Made it much more expensive than just buying from a Canadian company. Customer service said "tough, you pay the taxes and fees, we have no idea what the fees are." USPS would have cost $4 more and had no brokerage fees. It's an invented charge that UPS is famous for gouging people with even when brokerage has been specifically paid by the seller.

My order came in 2 different shipments. I would have liked an update on the later shipment, but did not get any notifications. I ordered 35 items, the first shipment arrived in error with only 34 items. I had to call customer service to get 1 items shipped, which caused delays. I would have liked compensation.

I bought a mop less than a month ago and I'm very disappointed. in the first week the velcro that is in the lower part took off, it is caught by the screws only, and now the cable has caught and does not reduce. I'm upset and I plan on returning this product.

The products were not really bad for the price, but overall we feel that the product descriptions are definitely overhyped. Words like 'thick' and 'plush' for example, were not entirely accurate. In fact, some of the cloths were thin and wimpy.

Some of the products are overpriced, especially for a site that calls itself "wholesale" and positions itself as being a B2B company. If we wanted to resell these products in our retail store, the margins would not be worth it.

Finally, our biggest complaint was the shipping time. Ordered them on Friday. By Wednesday we were beginning to wonder if they got lost in the mail. That evening we got an email saying "Your order has been shipped!" (?)

In all it was eight days between the order and the arrival. That killed it for us. We've decided to try other vendors on Amazon. Because if we're going to pay these prices for microfiber cloths, we want them delivered in three days max. Not eight.

BTW, we just celebrated our 40th year in the chandelier restoration business. We're early adopters and have been using microfiber products since they first appeared on the market. Many years before they became popular.

Like the product to reach into those really tight areas. I found that putting it over a yardstick helped get into very small spaces. My only problem is not having instructions on how to attach the telescoping handle. I could not figure that out.

The catalog showed an electrostatic mop shown with a mop bar, so I ordered it (5"x24"). When it arrived, it was not made for a bar attachment, and had no straps or any way to connect to a bar.
Disappointed.

This entire process was perfect! I spent hours trying to find a company that could accommodate my needs and I happened to watch a YouTube video that featured this company. Our local bowling association are using microfiber towels to make bowling/cleaning towels using fabric like football, baseball, Halloween, etc.as a fund raiser for our Hall of Fame. Your towels are great and we definitely love the color choices. Since this is for a fund raiser, your towels weren't too expensive which helps keep the profits up. I will definitely order these towels again,.

I've made two or three purchases from Microfiber Wholesale and have been completely satisfied each time. Towels have performed as good or better than any other I've used. Prices were good. Got free shipping and order was always delivered very promptly. What more could you ask for?

I always get fast service, free shipping, and prompt shipment on products I find to be of high quality. I feel as though I am the Johnny Appleseed of microfiber cloths as I have turned on many friends and associates to fantastic results when cleaning with them. The cloths are great-time will tell if they develop "the smell". I bought the 24 pack. I always use one color for the sinks and one color for the commode, but I had no choice but to get 24 in one color, so I am not happy about that.

We ordered a microfiber mop and when it arrived, it was defective. The telescoping handle wouldn’t adjust. I called the customer service line, got right through, and the lady was very nice and sent me a video on how to correct. After watching the video, it still wouldn’t adjust and when I called the customers service line back, a man told me that I must have gotten a defective mop handle and immediately sent out a new one! When it arrived, it was perfect!! I recommend this company based on the excellent customer service it provides. Way to go, Microfiber!
