Dragonfly Automotive near Old Town is a good company. Parking is nonexistent so expect a challenge when dropping off your vehicle. They take an hour to change your oil but there is an awesome Italian Eatery right next door with superb pizza so eat pizza and drink beer and watch sports while your oil change happens.

Food and service was fantastic! Carlos was very attentive on our orders and follow up on refilling our waters and wine. We had spaghetti & meatballs, Angel hair w Pomadora sauce, and Tortilli Bolognase which were all very good. I had the orange roughly and it was so tender and tasty with the caper & mushrooms. We definitely plan on returning. Easy to use the Groupon.

This style of massage is not for the faint of heart. That being said, if you truly need the body work and you have muscle knots, tension or stiffness, this is for you. Sunny was very professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was very thorough working on every problem area. The front desk clerk/owner was as professional and checked to make sure that I was happy with the service. This massage involves a lot of stretching which for me was amazing. I will definitely go back.

The best experience l've ever had. I've been getting wax a very long time and this by far is the best wax l've ever had. Trena really is passionate about her work and her clients. Trena explains every step during the process for education purposes. She makes you feel really comfortable during the process and it's a very professional environment. Highly recommended you to book.

Purchased a cleaning service that obviously wasn't vetted by Groupon, I should have known better. When I reviewed them after receiving my horrible service I saw that all reviews were negative. I reached out to Groupon to get info on how to submit for a refund and all I got was 1 automated response after submitting. No follow up at all after a week. Pretty disturbing that you don't have people in place to help.

The whale watching cruise was fantastic! It was the best I have ever experienced and I have been on several, even in Hawaii. Tina and the rest of the crew were very kind, friendly, informative, and very respectful of the marine life we were seeing. It is worth your time and money!!

The website for the merchant did not work and now my coupon says I used it so I'm out the money for it. Customer service said I have to go back to them and have them send confirmation I did not use it but I can't get back to the site to ask for the refund.

We booked an experience on Groupon and in the fine print it stated that we could cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. My father had a medical issue which prevented us from going and we tried to cancel well ahead of 24 hours. Groupon would not honor it and would not refund us. They claimed that in the terms and conditions it states it’s nonrefundable even though it’s advertised as FULL REFUND under the event. Do not book if you think there is a chance you might need to cancel. If it’s a local activity I suggest calling the business up yourself and asking if they would honor the Groupon discount without booking through Groupon’s website. That often helps the business out since they don’t have to pay Groupon a fee and you can still get a good deal.

I had an eye check without Dilating. “Dilation your pupil lets more light into your eye — just like opening a door lets light into a dark room. Dilation helps your eye doctor check for many common eye problems, including diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration” this Ophthalmologist not do. When he check my eyes and asked me if I been dilute then he look at the clock, it’s 4;45 pm so no time to do so! I feels like been cheated and other times previously alway got better check by diluted my pupils.

Attempted to purchase only 2 tickets, utilizing a prom code. Each attempt resulted in the purchase of 9 tickets, without access to discount. Had absolutely no assistance to immediately cancel the tickets that were in error. No phone # to get assistance from a live person. Still trying to obtain refunds and get a voucher for the correct purchases. A real mess!! At this point I will not recommend purchasing thru Groupon and would suggest contacting the merchant directly. The discount was not worth all the trouble!

I got the BEST massage, the young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable. We talked like I knew her for a long time. I will definitely go there again, I left feeling stress free.
