absolutely disgusting, i bought a rotisserie chicken and i found a piece of metal scrub into it, i will be reporting it to the food administration, you tried to kill me.
I love Bilka. They are huge, mighty, mighty I say. They are honest and they know what they do. They are punctual and keep their words. When they put something on sale thay do their best to supply you until the last day where they promised to sell that item on sale. not like some shops. when you go there on Monday they say it comes on Thursday. When you go there on Thursday thay say it was sold out on monday. no bilka is not cheap. They are honest. I would give them an Oscar for their qualities

I tried the service where I order and then can go and pick up a bit later. Fantastic for me who have problem walking! Excellent service! Worth the extra money.

I ordered a birthday cake from Bilka for my daughter’s 5th birthday. I received a confirmation email that the cake was ready for pickup at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:50 PM – and the cake was nowhere to be found.
First, the bakery staff told me to check inside the supermarket. I went around in circles between confused and unhelpful employees, waiting for 30–40 minutes, trying to get answers. No one seemed to know anything, no one took responsibility. Eventually, I found the second shift manager, who was the only person willing to help. She made several calls and genuinely tried – but unfortunately, the cake simply did not exist.
In the end, I got a refund, but no cake. I left the store with my 5-year-old daughter crying, completely devastated because her birthday cake was just... gone. I then had to run around Copenhagen at 8 PM trying to find any cake for her kindergarten celebration the next morning. Do you have any idea how hard that is the night before?
I also called customer service, who promised they would call me back the next morning to try and make up for it. Guess what? No one ever called. Typical.
The whole experience was a complete disaster. You ruined what was supposed to be a special day for my child. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with anything time-sensitive or important.

The luksus Jordbær kage was not ready and no one informed before the pick up time at Bilka at Fields. The staff said there were issues with many cakes on the day - but no one care to inform the customer. I would not recommend nor will return.
The buffet from mad of huset was also an unpleasant experience as the meat was frozen and took 1,5 hour to prepare it and the pork was burned and carbonized. Again, another no return.

Extremely disappointing experience.
We drove an entire hour to Bilka in Næstved to pick up a MacBook Air we had already purchased online, only to be told that it was sold out—with no solution offered at all. No apology, no compensation, not even a simple gesture like offering an alternative or a discount on something else. Just a shrug and a “we can’t do anything.”
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We wasted our time, energy, and fuel for nothing. Would’ve expected way better from a store the size of Bilka.
