Bank Five has an awesome Loan Officer…

Bank Five has an awesome Loan Officer named Michelle M. Guertin!! Her clients came to my open house and submitted an offer. Upon calling Michelle, she answered with a pleasant inviting voice. I informed her about her clients offer and what I needed. Within minutes I received the documents and a follow up email notifying me that is I needed anything, she would get it to me promptly. Throughout the transaction, Michelle kept open communication and was very attentive to the transaction. She went above and beyond from what I noticed in the transaction. What I found most satisfying about Michelle was that she did everything possible to make the transaction work even when the property did not appraise. She stayed calm and positive throughout every step. I never had to call Michelle for anything because she was always one step ahead of me. Michelle- you are amazing and I hope to do many more transactions with you. This closing happened because of you and as a Realtor, I want to thank you for being so easy to work with. I appreciate your expertise and knowledge in this field. Again, I'd like to say, if you are working with Michelle, you are guaranteed to be satisfied from beginning to end. Stay Great Michie!!
