I really can't fault it!
Ordered yesterday, delivered today. The pricing was absolutely spot on, both for the product, and the payment for recycling a large fridge/freezer was a no-brainer, as there is no way I could get rid of that easier or cheaper!
The tracking system is one of the best I have come across, with the window of delivery getting smaller throughout, still within what was promised which made it easy to navigate. The guys were efficient and friendly, took away all packaging (which I happily paid for!) and left everything neat and tidy!

AO was again my first choice for appliances. Less pricey than any other stores. They are fast, efficient with delivery service and their drivers are very friendly and polite. Keep you updated with their delivery times and if any issues you can always contact AO for help.

Amazon let me down with a scheduled TV delivery, no message to say it's not going to arrive, so cancelled 11.45pm and ordered from AO who then delivered just over a day later with amazing communications. Great stuff.

No complaints regarding the service. This was the first time I'd used the company but everything went smoothly. The installation engineer pointed out that there was a small leak on the pipe joint water supply of which I wasn't aware. This has now been rectified.
The installation was otherwise excellent and my wife is really happy with the washer/dryer.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could have the appliance I wanted to buy delivered to my home within two days. Better than Curry’s and John Lewis. But the two delivery guys stood out in terms of customer service. They kept me updated about delivery times, and despite an issue with a low bridge they still made the delivery work. It might all be about AI at the moment, but real people making an effort to go the extra mile counts for a lot.

Good website, good information, friendly helpful staff, reliable products.
The downside is that you don’t get a delivery time until morning, so you have to set alarm for 6 in case it’s a 7am delivery. You can pay extra for an afternoon or morning slot.

We needed a fridge freezer urgently and you were the only company that could deliver within a couple of days. The delivery was only a few minutes outside the delivery time that we were given. The delivery men were efficient and careful when removing the old fridge freezer and informed me when I would be able to start using the new one. Thankyou

After an initial blip over delivery everything went smoothly and the machine was delivered within the time frame. All the packaging was taken away as well as the old machine and the new machine was installed. The delivery guys were pleasant and chatty and I was delighted to receive my AO teddy bear. All in all everything was excellent

In first delivery, one item (out of three large kitchen appliances) was refused to be brought up to the flat on the second floor. Delivery was rescheduled and I was expecting the same service and ready to do some serious complaining.. When this time my fridge was brought up after a few minute assessment by two hard working gentleman with high levels of customer service. In matter of few minutes my old (american style) fridge was taken out for recycling and shiny new one unpacked and plugged in. I am very thankful to the ao delivery staff and noticed that ao has upgraded my order to premium installation due to it being postponed the first time. Happy customer.

Informed about delivery time. Received a call 15 mins prior. Delivery drivers were quick polite and efficient. Took away old washing machine and reminded me to remove the transit bolts from the new one.

Easy to find a suitable replacement washing machine, at a really good price, and delivery so quickly. The delivery team advised and updated their expected ETA within the window and kept to it. Carefully unloaded and carried to where I wanted it, with a smile.

Website easy to use and reviews really clear alongside products. Next day delivery despite only ordering at 2pm. Friendly and helpful three person delivery team were brilliant.

Good on the buying part and delivery BUT let down by so many calls from AO to try to sell insurance for the appliance brought. A telephone call was made by AO but no message was ever left. On the first occasion I phoned AO back but advisor did know why people were phoning me "probably just sales"

Really good customer service I had heard from friends and now experienced. I was kept informed of my delivery and the driver rang me 20 minutes before arriving which gave me enough time to get my food from the freezer out in time.

They communicated well from order to delivery. The delivery men were polite and careful with our purchase. We paid for unpacking and recycling but they were in a small van so didn’t have room to take our old fridge freezer. They left it outside to be picked up the next day but that’s why I haven’t given 5 stars.

I had cause to request a change of delivery date and as I had trouble signing in to my account. I rang the help desk. The gentleman on the line was very helpful. He understood my request and brought forward the delivery by a week. The delivery went without any problems.

Drivers were frendly polite and professional, took care not to damage anything when bringing in new washing machine and old one out. They were very tidy with the packaging outside for it to be recycled and taking away the old appliance highly recommended
