Poor customer service

The table & chairs look nice. Unfortunately one of the chairs had been damaged (only found when it was unpackaged). Have emailed customer services - automated reply said someone would be in contact within 4 days (that was on 7/6…….still have not heard from them.

Great communication

The item ordered was out of stock but as soon as it became available we were informed and it was delivered very shortly afterwards. Plenty of correspondence keeping us informed at evert stage of delivery.

My picture arrived within ti

My picture arrived within ti. Frame. It was very well packed considering it was very fragile. The picture is beautiful and delivery driver delivered it with care. Overall very happy with my purchase and service from the Range

Good morning i only received part of my…

Good morning i only received part of my order (Two Chairs i didn’t receive table i spoke with the delivery man he said there is no table on his delivery. Maybe it’s to follow. Which is annoying, as i wasn’t told it was coming separately. So i thought i would wait a week,in case it does follow separately. Before contacting you to let you know i only received part of my order. I do hope this gets resolved and you will contact me to let me know what happens next. Thank you for your time. Collette Davy.

Easy collection

Easy collection, free parking outside the store and friendly, helpful staff. The item I collected was well packaged and protected, which was a must for a delicate glass light fitting. I am very happy with both the service and the product. The light fitting was in the sale too, so what's not to like?

Great value healthy shrub

The shrub was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. It is a very good size and looks healthy. Ordering on line was straight forward. I was kept up to date regarding delivery snd the shrub was delivered on the date specified. Would highly recommend.

Online garden furniture purchase

I had ordered garden furniture online from The Range on 12th May. I received an email giving 5th June as delivery date. Several more emails stating date was put back again and again. Last date was 27th June. I checked online and Wilko was selling same set and was instock. The Range had taken over Wilko so I contacted them stating Wilko had the furniture instock. I received delivery yesterday which I am very pleased with. My query was dealt with quickly but I shouldn't have had 2 source and contact The Range.

Good service…

Parcel arrived promptly,in good condition,as advertised. Packaged well
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is ,the parcel was left outside in the open.

Everything arrived as ordered

Everything arrived as ordered. With the 2 items from different suppliers, I was a bit in the dark about what was coming and when. Scant info from suppliers and carriers had me wondering if something was not arriving. All good in the end tho.

Not value for money

It is much smaller than stated. Not particularly well made. Needs treating and/or painting. Not for use decoration only. I'm not the biggest chap but when I stood in the middle it almost flattened out. Would not recommend & not value for money

This is my second order of acrylic paints. The first was not no good with excessive packaging but this time, excellent, really good price and very quick standard delivery. Very pleased.

Was welcomed straightaway as I got to…

Was welcomed straightaway as I got to the Customer Services desk. The cashier came out from her till station to attend to my order, which was waiting for collection. She was helpful and cheerful. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

Terrible

Made a click and collect order at 9am. Didn’t get the confirmation for collection until 1pm.

Arrived at the store tills and five members of staff standing around chatting. One dealing with the click and collect. This member of staff took my details then stopped to join in the chatting before going to collect my order.

Light fixing comes with no bulbs. Go and collect bulbs then whilst paying questioned over whether I had paid for the light fitting.

Terrible “service”

Products always great quality

Products always great quality. Great prices Delivery is kept updated and even call when there hour away. So no waiting in all day. Quality of there products are great standard. I would recommend this shop to anyone

The worst experience ever with tryingrubbish costimer services …

The worst experience ever with trying to return x 1 bench cushion for outside . As I bought online with “the range” the actual shop refused to take it back and said it was via a third party that I had to arrange my own return . To date I have sent around 11 emails I cannot get hold of their so called customer care service … not sure I’m wasting more of my time and life on here either .. think twice before u buy anything online via “the so card range “ rubbish customer service

Bought a roller blind which included…

Bought a roller blind which included wrong size bottom rail. Had already put up matching blind. Took faulty blind back to store and was advised I could exchange however non in stock so was offered refund advised I needed exact matching blind so refund no good, but could I have some money back so I could buy my own bottom rail. Was told refund or nothing so have now had to pay for extra part not very happy with customer service.

9 not 11 piece Porto garden set

Ordered an 11 piece Porto garden set. Had a waiting time of 6 weeks which was fine but when it was delivered we were missing 2 pieces so now its a 9 piece set. A bit disappointing as the set is lovely & great quality

I orderd from range store and choose…

I orderd from range store and choose delivery tomorrow.

But it came on many different dates..


One.item was broken

And one not reached so far despite of delivery date has been passed.

I tried help line on weekdays but it never answered.

I emailed but so far no response for my pending items.
