return policy is not efficient

send them a request for return on weekend, on mOnday they said they will send the return label in a separate email, still did not received it. wrote them in facebook also have not heard back. customer pays for the return but also you need to chase them for your right to return the product.

Expensive return policy

We ordered a baby sleeping bag and received a box that was 10 times bigger than necessary. The sleeping bad did not meet expectations. Returning it cost a lot of money. This site is not worth the risk.

They sell broken toys and do not refund

I bought a kids toy to play in water that was not cheap, when it arrived it missed parts so my son cannot play with it. I sent e-mail 2 weeks ago with pic of missing parts and Jollyroom does not care at all !! So now I spent money for toy that doesn’t work and I my son can’t even play with! I do not recommend! Bad service

I'm really sorry that you haven't received a response from us, that's not how it should be. I see that you have replied to an old case that was closed. A case is automatically closed after 48 hours of unresponsiveness. When you reply to a closed case, it does not enter our queues, which has resulted in you not receiving a reply.


I understand that it is rustreradnde when there are missing parts. Unfortunately, we do not have these parts traveling so I have sent you a completely new product.

No invoice after purchase

I miss spelled my email which meant I did not receive an invoice after purchasing a bikeseat. After a bit of back and forth with Jollyrooms Customer Service, they send an invoice trough.

Anwsers were in Swedish to a Danish written email.

Good discount and selection… If they even have it

I bought two items 4 days ago and receiving a confirmation. Everything was fine until I received an email yesterday where they said that because they had oversold one of my items, they would have to send the other item alone. As compensation I would get free shipping and that’s it? It’s not even shipping to my home address but to a parcel shop. I’m sorry but you already get free shipping when buying for over 495 kr and it says it doesn’t even work with other discounts, so that’s a complete waste. Please stop overselling items.

I got my packed

I got my packed, is was a gift. My grandchild did’t want it- I returned it- but after the 14 days- and it cost 99,-kr for the return- the gifts price was 223,-kr. It went to by a expensive gift.
I am sure that I never will bay gifts from Jollyroom again.

Stay away- they don't give money back

I had to ship back 2 items because they were too small for my daughter. It says that the refund is within 14 working days. Its been 2 months already and I haven't seen the refund yet. I've called the customer service make times- it's an external call center that takes notes for jollyroom sp there's no one to talk to- never gotten a reply from them .

Stay away! You just lost a loyal customer, jollyroom.

Wrong Item Sent - Terrible Service

I ordered something, and was sent the completely wrong item. Jollyroom won't send me the correct item unless I order it again. I also haven't received my refund when I returned the original item after a week. Terrible customer service.

It is an extremely bad website for…

It is an extremely bad website for online shopping! X-mas shopping this year? NO!!!
They are fast at taking money from your bank account but very slow to deliver your order. They do not deliver as they have promised 3-6 days or only partially deliver your order and no follow-up with the next deliver date for full shipment.
You cannot communicate with them through the customer service email and no one pick up the call either.
Never recommend to anyone to shop at Jollyroom.com

You mention that you have sent an email to us, but do not see this when I try to search for your name.

The right way to contact us is via our website, where we have a form you can fill out.

You select "customer service" at the bottom right of the website and click on the envelope.

If you respond to an order confirmation, or delivery confirmation, these answers will not reach us, as it is noreply.

Want to briefly explain how it works with trading with us.

You can expect about 2-6 business days delivery time.

When a shipment has been picked up from us, all carriers pick up directly from our warehouse, you will receive your delivery confirmation.

Regarding payment, we have direct payment with us, which means that money can be deducted at the time of ordering, or up to a few days thereafter.

All this information can be found in the terms and conditions, as well as general information on the website.

We are a Swedish company and have the same payment system for most Jollyroom countries, and thus we cannot do this differently.

I expect that everything is in order with your order and should there be any questions about this, you can write to us via our website, and we will of course help you further.

Customer service ignores my reclamation

Our babyalarm stopped working after only a few weeks of use. I contacted the customer service with the reclamation and never heard back. It’s the worst service and I cannot recommend to shop here.

If you recieve a product with a fault, you need to contact us so that we can treat the case as a claim.

If you choose to return a product, which you should not do without contacting us, we do not send out new products and the return will be handled as a normal return and a return fee will be withheld from the return payment.
