We ordered a baby sleeping bag and received a box that was 10 times bigger than necessary. The sleeping bad did not meet expectations. Returning it cost a lot of money. This site is not worth the risk.

I bought a kids toy to play in water that was not cheap, when it arrived it missed parts so my son cannot play with it. I sent e-mail 2 weeks ago with pic of missing parts and Jollyroom does not care at all !! So now I spent money for toy that doesn’t work and I my son can’t even play with! I do not recommend! Bad service

I miss spelled my email which meant I did not receive an invoice after purchasing a bikeseat. After a bit of back and forth with Jollyrooms Customer Service, they send an invoice trough.
Anwsers were in Swedish to a Danish written email.

I bought two items 4 days ago and receiving a confirmation. Everything was fine until I received an email yesterday where they said that because they had oversold one of my items, they would have to send the other item alone. As compensation I would get free shipping and that’s it? It’s not even shipping to my home address but to a parcel shop. I’m sorry but you already get free shipping when buying for over 495 kr and it says it doesn’t even work with other discounts, so that’s a complete waste. Please stop overselling items.

I got my packed, is was a gift. My grandchild did’t want it- I returned it- but after the 14 days- and it cost 99,-kr for the return- the gifts price was 223,-kr. It went to by a expensive gift.
I am sure that I never will bay gifts from Jollyroom again.

I had to ship back 2 items because they were too small for my daughter. It says that the refund is within 14 working days. Its been 2 months already and I haven't seen the refund yet. I've called the customer service make times- it's an external call center that takes notes for jollyroom sp there's no one to talk to- never gotten a reply from them .
Stay away! You just lost a loyal customer, jollyroom.

I ordered something, and was sent the completely wrong item. Jollyroom won't send me the correct item unless I order it again. I also haven't received my refund when I returned the original item after a week. Terrible customer service.

It is an extremely bad website for online shopping! X-mas shopping this year? NO!!!
They are fast at taking money from your bank account but very slow to deliver your order. They do not deliver as they have promised 3-6 days or only partially deliver your order and no follow-up with the next deliver date for full shipment.
You cannot communicate with them through the customer service email and no one pick up the call either.

Our babyalarm stopped working after only a few weeks of use. I contacted the customer service with the reclamation and never heard back. It’s the worst service and I cannot recommend to shop here.
