Really easy buying process

Really easy buying process. Steve Milburn delivered the car was super helpful arrived on time and kept me well informed via text what the plan of arrival was etc, car was clean inside and out. Steve went through everything in lots of detail and answered any of my questions, showed me where everything was in the car and topped off an overall good car buying experience!!

Claire was brilliant nothing too much…

Claire was brilliant nothing too much trouble and believe me, this is my first time buying a car online so I was a bit scared, but she reassured me and I wound recommend using these people as they are all jolly and nothing is too much trouble. Car being delivered Tuesday so fingers crossed all goes well. Xx

Fabulous from start to finish

Farouk my delivery driver was absolutely the loveliest person ever! Thank you so much Farouk!!
The car is beautiful I love it, there was a slight scuffing on the paint that wasn’t shown online however it’s not a brand new car and it’s something some paint chip pens will fix!
Thank you Cinch! The communication has been fabulous I would highly recommend!
Part exchanging was so easy and seamless I really cannot fault it!
I will definitely use you again!!

Avoid the extended warranty/service…

Avoid the extended warranty/service cinch sell this to you when buying a car but point blank refuse to deal with any issues that arise and pass you onto ramp who deal with this once cinch have sold it. Ramp never come back to you with the information requested and ramp use Halfords who supposedly have done a service on my car but refuse to tell me what’s been serviced they Carnt even tell me if the oil has been changed. Tyre depth do not get recorded and service light not reset. Complete waste of money

Nissan leaf delivery

Got our car this morning came as it said with no extra damage and came very clean. Interior has some mud but nothing unreasonable! The driver Ian neal was brilliant and walked us through everything when he arrived. Nothing was rushed and he had all the time in the world to explain out first electric car to us ! Excellent service would recommend

Don’t buy a car from here

Don’t buy a car from here, they clearly don’t inspect their cars before sending them out as mine was leaking gearbox oil as soon as I got it. Awful customer service too, was supposed to get a courtesy car but none available for 3 weeks and I’ve had to ring them every time after they said they’d be in touch about getting my car into a garage to get sorted. Then they expect me to pay to get to work and send receipts of travel leaving me out of pocket.

Confidence is the key and very easy to deal with, highly recommend***

Been with not so great credit I thought I coul not get a deal, but in fact everything was very easy and done submited withing couple of hours and long wanted car has arrived just a week after, very clean and nice. Staff is very kind and supportive, would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to upgrade thei garage or buy a new long wanted gift to yourself.

It’s my first time buying a car with…

Apprehensive about buying a car online but the experience has been great. Clear emails and Karen Barlow was great delivering the car, going through everything, and picking up the part exchange. Really easy and very pleased

Good result in the end

1st car faulty, Ranger rover with Engine management light and tyre light. Apart from the refund wait for cash and reselect issue, delivery, quality and care with the 2nd car and delivery by Ian N was outstanding. Also very well looked after and cared for by Caroline in customer service. Great car and great customer service. Thanks all at Cinch. Highly recommended.

I bought my car from Cinch

I bought my car from Cinch, having read reviews, looked into the cars and taking my time to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. Having the car delivered to your door is great (the wrong car was initially bought to me, however this was rectified swiftly and I was soon the owner of my lovely new car!).

When I discovered a slight fault with the folding wing mirrors, I got in touch with Cinch and they arranged for me to take it to a local Peugeot garage, where the work was carried out.

I can't fault the customer service from Cinch and am very happy with my car. Thank you Cinch!

It was super easy to buy on Cinch

It was super easy to buy on Cinch, I went from browsing to buying in the same day because the options were great and the process was so quick. It was delivered to me so that was really convenient. The guy who delivered it was called Stephen, he and the driver were both brilliant and gave me all the info needed, and pointed out a couple of minor flaws which I might not even have noticed. Very honest.

As they say Faff free

Car arrived in perfect condition handover was smooth without any faff all took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I noticed the service history book had not been stamped but emailed CS for this and had a full service history emailed to me within 10 minutes. Sat nav sd card was not present but can get this through apple play so no big hassle. All in all a smooth exchange would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start…

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Didn’t just buy one car, we bought two. Delivered on the same day at the specified time. Communication throughout was top class. Delivery drivers on the day were very friendly, walked us through our new cars and provided us with everything we needed to know about them. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will buy another car from them again.

Very easy finding what I wanted and…

Very easy finding what I wanted and they had the perfect colour and variant.
Transacting was simple, quick and efficient with no problems.
Car arrived successfully and the driver was a cool dude who showed me what's what.
The car was exactly as described and shown with no unpleasant surprises or mischief.
Very satisfied overall.

Great communication and delivery but…

Great communication and delivery but the car wasn’t valeted to a standard I would expect. There were smears on the hardware inside the car. The footwells needed hoovering. There was white marker/paint on the windscreen and a sticker left on the window (like the alarms on clothes labels). The seats had dust/crumbs on the seams and there was dirt in the park button. I was expecting the car to be fully valet and it clearly wasn’t but it was clean enough for me not to refuse delivery. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Awful post purchase customer service

Awful post purchase customer service. Purchased a car on Friday, was missing the charging cable. Tried to contact by phone - no answer; by WhatsApp - no reply; by text - no reply; by email - a response a few days later to say we need to forward this on to the aftersales department, but nothing since. Still waiting now for a response let alone resolution. Maybe this will spur them onto calling me?

Cinch, Happy Days

Cinch took the hard work out of buying my new car. Excellent information, communication and updates. Delivery and part exchange day was quick and easy, they even answer the phone quick.
Paul, from the Corby Hub, was great at showing me around my new car. He knew it all!
