I cannot encourage you enough to purchase a Auraglow LED Whitening Kit. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results I got. It's so easy to use and I especially appreciated the pre-measured gels and the timer on the tray itself. It's also very comfortable. After just a few treatments some friends noticed a difference. I can honestly say I have a new, more confident and much whiter smile! I'm a customer for life!

My Auraglow whitening light stopped working after a few months. I reached out directly for troubleshooting help and I was greeted with courteous, helpful instructions to get started. After a short video submission to show what was not working (no charge/no light), they shipped me a replacement device at no charge. It was received in a day or two. Very pleased with my experience and for the help that Dale provided in our interaction. That type of customer service and standing behind their products is rare these days, and was super appreciated!

This product is easy to use and I can definitely see the results of using it daily. Included was a generous supply of the bleaching solution to last for a while. And simple instructions to follow for product care.

Support Rep, Dale, has answered my many questions about Auraglow, which was very valuable.This is the most effective teeth whitener I have experienced over many years of teeth whitening. I have tried so many, and they do not get the tough stains out. Auraglow does the best job!

I love this product! Ordered the 35%, the first 2 applications left a bit of my gum edge sore. So I went to every other day for a week. Perfect! No sensitivity and I can see the difference. I'm using the trays that I had, and tossed the gel that wasn't giving me the whitening that I wanted. So easy to use. Will definitely reorder!

Followed directions and about 20 minutes into the treatment my roots of my teeth started throbbing and my gums felt like on fire! The top and bottom and even bottom in front of my teeth.

I removed the product and rinsed like crazy and have white burn marks on my gums. This product is dangerous or needs a recall. I took photos best I could and returning product- but think it needs MUCH MORE ATTENTION than that.

My teeth were getting shockingly stained from drinking tea. Getting your teeth whitened by a dentist is ridiculously expensive, so I decided to try Auraglow. I was amazed at how fast it works, after 2 days, the stains were much lighter. I have no doubt that with continued use, they will be gone.

The customer service is great, I had a question and they replied the next day.

Once set up, AuraGlow is easy to use. The timer simplifies tracking application. The intense blue light makes professional grade whitening possible. The whitening gel is without strong flavor or irritation. I'm mid-way through and I'm thrilled with the results. Customer service is phenomenal. My mouth is too wide for the tray and AuraGlow is sending me a different tray to compensate for my wider mouth. Try it!

My original battery powered light broke after just a few uses, so I contacted support and they were so kind and prompt in resolving my issue! They sent me a new charging light that doesn't need replaceable batteries free of charge. I will definitely be working with them again!

I had a previous version of Auraglow's Deluxe Home Kit with the battery-operated light unit that stopped working. Despite being older, it hadn't been used very many times and battery replacement did not current the problem. I reached out to Auraglow and was promptly contacted back by Dale from their customer service. He requested a few pieces of information and by the next morning, he had one of their brand new rechargeable light units being shipped out to me as a replacement. Some companies would simply say it had been too long, here's the cost for a new unit, or "Sorry, that happens." It's nice to know some companies are still willing to improve and stand behind their products.

SUPERB! EXCELLENT! A few terms that sum up my experience with customer service. My daughters cat destroyed her cable charger on a Friday… I sent email explaining the situation and honestly expecting no reply. MONDAY MORNING, not only had Dale replied, he said that a new cord will be in the way! It was already shipping by mid Monday morning!

This is the BEST service I’ve received in YEARS!!!!

Recently I bought some more whitening gel and had issues with my current LED light - the light wouldn't stay on and there was also a buzzing noise that wouldn't' stop. I reached out to Auraglow and asked if there was something I could do to fix the light. I received a super quick response from Dale @ Auraglow and he immediately offered to replace the light at no cost.
I had no expectations going into this conversation and was very pleased to have the new light delivered in 2 days.

Unfortunately my light product would not charge but Dale stepped in and resolved the issue with prompt responses and individual contact. With all the companies outsourcing and having automated dealings it’s impressive I had a point man to handle my issue. I was very impressed even though it was a pain dealing with a defective product. It was handled very individually and effectively.

Absolutely wonderful customer service this company has. 100% makes me want to recommend to friends. I had an old light unit I was unfortunately only able to use a few times before having to discontinue use due to pregnancy. Unfortunately, after I had my baby and went to use my unit again, it malfunctioned, meaning I’d have to repurchase the whole thing again. I reached out to customer service (Dale) who replied within 24 hours and offered to replace my unit with the newer version, no questions asked. Super pleased with the help and so excited to get back to teeth whitening!!

My product was delivered, but one of my whitening gels went a little crazy once I opened the cap ans it oozed everywhere. I reached out for help, and was contacted right away by email from an awesome man named Dale! His customer service was amazing. He had the patience, kindness, and resolved the issue right away. It's because of this experience that I will not only purchase more products in the future, but I will also be recommending this companies products to my friends and family! I have tried expensive dental whitening kits as well as other leading whitening products, but Auraglow out-whitens all of them in a very short time. Whether I chose the whitening pen or the gel, each one effectively whitens to a bright smile.
