Excellent company

Excellent company, dont hesitate to buy, stunning trainers, great quality will be buying more from these guys. Compliments from every one that has seen the vintage denims i have. Excellent 👍

Sophie was of great help i placed an order and putting in the wrong address, she was kind enough to help me out and change the address was very quick to respond and it was sorted very quickly. Very great customer service.

Made an exchange last week Wednesday

Made an exchange last week Wednesday. I messaged via whatsapp to ensure the that the new pair will come before this Wednesday, and they did rapidly. I returned the item and I haven’t received a confirmation that they received it or when the new pair of shoes will arrive (its been a week). Since then I’ve been messaging them non-stop via email, whatsapp and their live chat. I haven’t received a response apart from “we are unable to respond right now”. This has been such an inconvenience because I still haven’t received my item or my money back. In addition I am also leaving the country in 2 days.

Hello Jamie, as we discussed we were closed over Bank Holiday which caused a delay with our communication but as said earlier these are definitely on route to you for holidays. Great company

Great company, really helpful, quick response and very professional. I love their shoes!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE

Bought shoes just after Christmas to wear in the the summer, on the second time of wearing the heal has collapsed. The heel feels like it's made of cardboard and was told nothing they could do as it's been more than two weeks to return, so in other words a £150 pair of trainers has a two week warranty. Absolute joke

Hi David, I'm sorry you feel this way. As we communicated in our previous conversation, you ordered this in December 2023 and our returns policy is 2 weeks. We are always open to help our customers if there is an issue slightly over the time bracket but unfortunately as stated before, this is 6 months in and would be classed as worn as well as the picture shown. We are sorry that our other suggested offers weren't satisfactory for you. Thank you

Changed my mind about the coulour of the trainers

I made an order for trainers, it wasn't yet sent out for delivery and I got in touch with the Numeris team via WhatsApp. Sophie quickly responded and changed the order as i asked, she sent the confirmation email straight away. Very good customer service, i will order again for sure

Speedy customer service

Made an order for a pair of trainers, it wasn't yet sent out for delivery and I got in touch with the Numeris team via WhatsApp. Sophie responded within 30mins and changed the order as per my request (I preferred a different colour) and she sent the email amended confirmation straight away.

Very speedy customer service.

Customer service

When speaking to Sophie she was very polite and happy to help and offer me a discount when I needed to swap a pair of shoes due to a defect. The replies were quick and the delivery time was exceptional.

High amounts of hidden costs

Don’t buy products if you live outside of the UK. The delivery cost is 50€ and when thinking “oké I will pay that” you will get the next suprise when you are asked to pay import taxes comming up to 70€, making a total of 120€ for delivery. I should have known that sommething wasn’t right when I couldn’t pay with Klarna. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered some very nice shoes with the…

I ordered some very nice shoes with the pink laces from switzerland It came in 4 days which is impressive but was too big for me, so I had to send them back for an exchange and the people working replied very quick and they refunded me on the same day the customs fees. I recommend to order there.

3 stars for style
Would not pay that for another pair but they do look nice on
Shame the foxing or heel counter of whatever they may call where your heel slide into the trainer is made of what seems like card
Yes don’t try slipping them on miss shape pending and will not go back to original shape, in fact it’s creased.
I didn’t send back as I guess I should be more careful but for the cost you would expect a more harder material.

Had an issue with a pair of trainers purchased, this was resolved and new pair sent out next day delivery just in time for my holiday! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Sophie!

I would not even give 1 star

I would not even give 1 star. I ordered trainers to arrive before I was due to travel abroad. Might I add I paid an additional fee for next day delivery, 6 working days later still has not arrived. I then WhatsApp messaged the company to ascertain where my order is. I was then fed excuses about lack of warehouse staff and that their brand is growing at a fast pace. The issue is still ongoing, and will have to chase my bank to recover payment, as they are now not responding to my messages. If you cannot accommodate a delivery service you advertise, then this should not be made available. Absolutely appalling service, I feel scammed.

Great customer service

Great customer service, ordered a couple pairs of shoes one being the pink denim and have received them within 3 days. Messaged about some spare laces and received confirmation of them being sent out the same day 10 minutes later. Will definitely continue to buy more shoes from these guys

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, absolutely awful. Ordered shoes 11 days ago for standard delivery and I haven’t received them, they’ve even uploaded a fake tracking number with Royal Mail, which doesn’t show up when typed in. Terrible customer service and awful company
