Back in my day, we used to go to stores and buy things we didn't need all the time. It was called shopping and we'd go to these giant places packed full of people called malls. There were food courts where you could sit right next to people you don't even know and eat food, even if you weren't hungry. It was pretty wild.

They were packed, especially the weekends. Malls and department stores were destinations to kill half a day. As a kid, it was also a way to meet girls that didn’t attend my school. Good times!

People who hoarded shit should be fined heavily. There has been no shortage of anything. I have bought normal amounts of everything the past two weeks with no issues.

It started in Australia. There was a genuine shortage there because they stopped getting paper imports from China. There was never any shortage in Europe or America but once a few Aussie generated Facebook posts made the rounds, idiots started panic buying.
Serious question: what are the items you found you should have been hoarding (instead of toilet paper)?
For me, I'm afraid I'll run out of toner for my printer soon, with all that home-office and shops only selling food and stuff...

It's bugging the cats though. Their litter boxes are down there are the light and flashing from the jars as the electricity tries to escape seems to bother them.
