If you are looking for a healthy and high in protein breakfast anf you do not have protein powder, this is your recipe!

This strawberry cheesecake overnight oats is also perfect as dessert or as a snack ✨

First layer:

40g oats

100g water

1/2 tsp sweetener (optional)

Mix oats, water & sweetener until combined. Microwave for 1 min.

Second layer:

100g high protein yoghurt.

1/2 sweetener (optional)

Mix yoghurt & sweetener until combined and spread over the oat layer.

Third layer:

20g low sugar strawberry jam

Microwave the jam for 20 sec and spread over the yoghurt layer

Fourth layer:

10g white choc

10ml oat milk

10g yoghurt

Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Mix with the oat milk and yoghurt until combined. Spread over the jam layer.

Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or

This No-Bake Cheesecake is super creamy, fresh and delicious and very easy to make!

Crust:
 • 1 cup almond/oat flour (240 ml)
 • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (60 ml)
 • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil or ghee
 • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:
 • 1. Mix all the ingredients together
 • 2. Line a bottom of a small springform cake pan with parchment paper and press the crust on top. Let set in the fridge while you make the filling.

Filling:
 • 12 oz. / 350 g (lactose-free) light cream cheese
 • 1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yoghurt (240 ml)
 • zest of 1 lemon 
 • juice of 1/2 lemon
 • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
 • 1-2 teaspoons stevia (or more, to taste)
 • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 • 1. Mix all the ingredients together
 • 2. Pour the filling on top of the crust. Cover

-dash of cinnamon

-100-130ml almond milk (add more or less if needed- make sure the almond milk sits right on top of your oats & it’s properly mixed so it becomes thick overnight)

Mix your ingredients together and place in your bowl

Biscoff cheesecake layer:

- 10g biscoff

- 10g light cream cheese

-10g yogurt 

Soften the biscoff & cream cheese choc for about 10 secs in the microwave

Add your yogurt and mix well till a nice thick ganache forms

Layer your oats & refrigerate overnight

The next day top with 1/2 a crushed biscoff biscuit & enjoy ✨
