Cheesy Green Sauce
 • 2 Large Handfuls of Spinach
 • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
 • 1/2 Cup Cashews (Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained)
 • 1 Cup Oat Milk
 • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
 • 1 Tbsp Tahini
 • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
 • 1 Clove Garlic
 • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
 • Pinch of Salt and Pepper 

Other Pasta Ingredients:
 • 400g Pasta of Choice (GF for gluten-free)
 • Chilli Flakes 
 • Hemp Seeds
 • Fresh Parsley

Method: 
 • 1. Heat a fry pan over medium heat and add frozen peas. Cook for a few minutes or until defrosted. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Remove from heat.
 • 2. Add peas and spinach into a blender with all other sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Consistency should be thick but pourable. Add more oat milk if needed.
 • 3. Cook pasta accordi
