This is a sweet little pair of antique hallmarked sterling silver scissors measuring 3 1/4" (8 cms) long complete with their original sheath and all in very good condition . The scissors and sheath are both hallmarked for Birmingham 1899 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews. The scissors still cut well
