Let me know what you think! Here's the whole room looking in from the door. I made the choice to go with…

Table Organization
21 first graders and big, long, WIDE tables. Not something I was used to after teaching EC and having student desks for 7 years. I had to decide how I wanted to organize my tables with materials for my students to easily access. After much searching for ideas via Pinterest (the new Google), I stumbled across two ideas that I was going to combine and add my own lil spin to it. Each table got a Table Caddy (these were def only .97 cents at Walmart during the back to school (college) sales. I…
Why I love tables instead of desks in the elementary classroom
Looking at an elementary classroom without desks At the end of last year I made the plunge and switched from student desks to tables. Our supportive principal gave the options to teachers to trade out their student desks with tables from the county warehouse. My teammates thought I was crazy. The number one question that […]
Student Desk Storage Ideas
Kelcie | Elementary AP on Instagram: "I wanted a solution for simple storage at student tables that doesn’t take up too much space. These adhesive drawers are perfect for storing a few extra things my kids may need at their tables! Hopefully they’ll hold up this year! I have these drawers linked on my Amazon storefront in my bio ✨"
