SHAVED SESAME GINGER CARROT SALAD. Hormone-friendly eats. Serves: 1 Prep time: 5 mins Ingredients: ✨1 large carrot, shaved into ribbons ✨1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated ✨1 Tbsp rice vinegar ✨1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil ✨1/2 chili pepper, minced ✨1 scoop beeya, either phase though 2 is perfect for this one ✨Pinch of sea salt ✨Handful of chopped chives or spring onion Steps: 1️⃣ Add everything to a bowl except for the beeya and toss to combine, then sprinkle with the beeya.
Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice Bowl)
Bibimbap is one of my favorites to whip up! It's so easy and deilcious. I first cook the rice in a stone pot, sauté vegetables like spinach, carrots and mushrooms with salt and sesame oil, add any banchans I have in the frig (for me I used kimchi) and lastly I've mix in my homemade bibimap sauce which includes (gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, grated ginger and garlic and little bit of water to thin it out. Mix everything all together and enjoy!
