I left my first 200hr Yoga Teacher training not confident in teaching or sequencing a yoga class. So I’d take yoga classes on an on-demand platform and write down the sequences the teachers taught to try and teach myself sequencing. Eventually I hired a Yoga Mentor and continued on to take 3 300 hr YTTs and many many continuing education programs.  I really needed someone to help make sequencing easy. I don’t believe anyone owns the yoga poses or sequences. I think we all get inspired by one another and why not share what works for us?!  So yes save my sequence and use it in your next class!
