Exposed wires, DOA
Unfortunately the product arrived with one side of the wires not propey seated in the casing. I was confused upon first use as to whether or not I was doing something wrong but this product seems to be "plug-and-play" when it works. When fully hooked up the "Out" light blinks (even when not plugged in, actually) but the "In" light doesn't illuminate; the power light seems to work fine though. I opened the casing and found 2 of 6 wires not saudered/ disconnected from the motherboard, probably because of the issue mentioned before. It's unfortunate mine didn't work because I can tell from previous reviews that this seems to be a fairly good product, this is probably just a one-off situation.
