Southern & Dobson Fitness Center

Located at the heart of MCC's main campus, the Southern & Dobson Fitness Center is your go-to destination for an invigorating workout between classes. With cutting-edge equipment, vibrant group fitness classes, and expert trainers, it's the perfect place to kickstart your day or refuel your energy during study breaks.

Red Mountain Fitness Center

Situated near the residential areas, the Red Mountain Fitness Center offers a serene escape where you can focus on your fitness goals amidst the tranquility of campus life. Featuring a diverse range of equipment and wellness programs, including yoga and mindfulness sessions, it's the ideal spot to unwind and recharge after a long day of lectures and assignments.

Fitness Center Features

  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, rowers, and bikes
  • Strength training equipment including free weights, strength machines, squat racks, cable crossovers, and smith machines
  • Fitness accessories including slam balls, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyo boxes, agility ladders, BOSU balls, bands, foam rollers, and kettlebells
