Three ways to calm your nerves during interviews

- If you get extremely nervous before your interview, here are three ways that can help you calm your nervous system. Number one, cold shower. It helps to shock the system and break the pattern when you're spiraling. I've used it before big presentations, and it always helped to release some of that pressure. If you have a virtual interview at home, it's a great option to consider. Number two, EFT or emotional freedom technique tapping. This is a form of psychological acupressure that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology. EFT involves tapping specific points on your body with your fingertips. Some of the basic tapping points include top of your head, your eyebrow, under the eye, under the mouth right here, and your collarbone. My personal favorites are top of the head and the collarbone. You typically tap each point about five to seven times. This is a technique that you can use right before the interview, even if it's in person. Try it right now so…
