- Hi, I'm Ben Long. This week on "The Practicing Photographer", we're taking a look back at our coverage of an essential photographic skill. If you are currently locked down due to a pandemic, stuck in your house because of snow, or just generally finding that you are not shooting because you haven't felt inspired or because you just can't think of anything to shoot, I want to remind you that a good photograph can be found anywhere. Good photos are in the eye of the photographer, not in the location the photographer is standing in. And so I'm hoping I can maybe get some fire under you if you've been a little stuck. Mark saw this ficus plant sitting on his kitchen table and crafted this image that I think is really quite beautiful.
