You may have heard of ChatGPT. It stands for Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer. Developed by OpenAI, the technology is now even in Microsoft Bing. It's a chatbot, and if you've ever chatted with tech support or customer service on a website, you've probably used a chatbot without even realizing it.
