- [Instructor] Before you start this course, you should be familiar with how ladder logic programming works, knowing the basic instructions. This course introduces instructions that are used in advanced operations. Like bit shift, word shift instructions, master control resets, jump and label instructions, and the concept of subroutine and its instructions. I'll be using LogixPro PLC Simulator from LearningPit. This simulation software mimics Allen-Bradley's Rockwell RSLogix 500. This course is designed as a continuation of the learning path, Become a PLC Developer. If you need a refresher on the basics of programming, ladder logic, I recommend that you check Learning PLC Ladder Logic course so you are prepared for this one.
