Working with checklist templates
- [Instructor] Once construction begins on a project, there will be much need to transfer information from the field to the office. BIM 360 checklists are an effective way of doing that with all of the benefits of the BIM 360 platform. Let's take a look. In BIM 360, every checklist starts with a checklist template, so we'll start there. Checklist templates can be created from scratch or by importing a file. Let's create one from scratch first just to kind of see how it works and get a feel for what the checklist capabilities are. I'm on the Field Management screen of BIM 360 Build, and I'll just click Create New Template. I'll give my template a name and I'll just call it Test, and I'll choose a type and you can see the types that are available to pick from. Let's do Punch List. I'll click Next and we can begin building our checklist template. We can create sections and within those sections we create questions.…
