- The indirect function. On its own, it doesn't do a whole lot, but you will find some value in this if you have to do summaries or need truly dynamic solutions. In this data set, we have a whole lot of colors. Now, if I go to C6, all right, and I'm going to type equals F14 and enter, we get teal. Okay? Equals G four enter, raspberry. But now indirect equals indirect, open parentheses, and there is an F in C3. I'm going to put an ampersand and then grab that 14, close parentheses enter. Look at that.
