Recruiter Lite is LinkedIn’s recruiting tool best suited for small teams and individuals at small-to-medium businesses with low-volume hiring needs. Recruiter Lite lets you or your team (up to 5 seats) search the LinkedIn network (up to your 3rd-degree connections) and narrow in on candidates with the right skills and experience using filters and keywords.
