In LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, you can share a candidate's profile for feedback with any LinkedIn user.
When a LinkedIn user provides feedback on a candidate, an email is sent from LinkedIn Hiring Manager (hm-noreply@linkedin.com) to the primary address listed on your LinkedIn account. You’ll also receive a notification on your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.
To view feedback provided on a candidate from your email notification:

Open the feedback provided email.

Click the See Feedback button found within the email.
- If you’re not logged in to your LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite account, you’ll be directed to sign in. You’ll also need to select the contract where the candidate is located.

Select the candidate’s name to view their profile.

Click the Feedback tab on the candidate's profile to view the specific feedback received.
To view feedback provided on a candidate from your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage:

On your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage, click the Feedback tab or click Review profile feedback on the left rail.

Click Review feedback next to the candidate.
- Select Dismiss to delete the feedback request. Feedback can still be seen on the candidate's profile.

Click the Feedback tab on the candidate's profile to view the feedback received.
You’ll also receive a notification directly in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite when new feedback is received. Click View Feedback from the
Important to know
Feedback requests can’t be forwarded to other users. They must come directly from the user in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite. Any seat holder on the contract can view feedback if they have access to the shared project and candidate profile.
