You can add a candidate you're messaging to new or existing projects at any time through the Inbox.
To add a candidate to a project from your Inbox in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite:

Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Select the candidate's message from the list.

Click the
More icon on the candidates profile card and select Save to another project. -
In the Save to another project pane, in the Project name field, search for an existing project or click Create new project and enter a new project name.

Select the pipeline stage from the dropdown.

Click Save.
To add a tag in Recruiter:

Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter homepage.

Select the candidate's message from the list.

Click the
More icon on the candidates profile card and select Add tag. -
Enter the name of the tag in the Search tags box and select it from the dropdown, or click Show all tags and make a selection.
Note: You can only add existing tags. If the tags you want to use don't appear in the dropdown, you can create new ones from Product settings.

Click Done.
To remove a tag, click Tags in the message window, then click View tag, and click the
To add an attachment in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite:

Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Select the candidate's message from the list.

Move your cursor over the Projects tab under the candidate's profile card, then select the project.

Click the Attachments tab in the profile card.

Click Upload, then navigate to the file and select it.
Note: When attaching a resume, you must select a source from the dropdown menu before saving.
Keep in mind that attaching a file within the message thread itself does not automatically attach it to the candidate’s profile. You must manually attach the file using the steps outlined above.
You can add a note to a candidate you’re messaging at any time. All notes you or anyone else adds to a candidate from the Recruiter Inbox will be visible to everyone on your dashboard.
To add a note to a candidate’s profile through the Inbox in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite:

Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Select the candidate’s message from the list.

Click the
More icon on the candidate's profile card and select Add note. -
Type a note into the text box and select the note's visibility.

Click Add.
To remove a note, click Notes in the message window, then click View note, and click the
To create a reminder in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite:

Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Select the candidate's message from the list on the left-hand rail.

Move your cursor over the Projects tab under the candidate's profile card, then select the project.

In the Recruiting Tools pane, click Reminders.

Type a reminder in the Reminder text box and set the Due date for when you want the reminder to appear.

Click Add.
On the date of the reminder, you'll receive a notification at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.
To remove a reminder you've set, click Reminder in the message window and click the
