It is right to follow the scheme: plan goals.and means, follow a time frame and watch the feedback. Very important is to include the team in this process and give them the feeling of self responsibility. It is on them to reach the common goals, give their feedback and proposals to reach them in a better way. The most important aspect is that they are all motivated to reach the best common results. Don't emphasize punishment and humiliation, the goal is motivation.
