Whatever the issue is I will ensure I get to know because every problem has a solution. Once I discovered what the problem is I immediately planned to resolve it.

It’s depending on the team functions, if the team had managerial functions then more meetings and communications on regular basis are required to share the views and ideas … etc, however if the team had more technical functions then less meetings with quick chat is more preferred to give team more rooms to focus on problems solving, technical works, …etc.

In my point of view there can be two strategies. One is weekly meeting to motivate team and discuss challenges they are facing. The second one is to have social event monthly. These Social events comprises of Social games that are designed to improve team participating and communication.
Finally, it's crucial to monitor progress and adjust your strategies as needed. Set regular check-ins to review the objectives you've set and evaluate whether the communication improvements are having the desired effect on collaboration. Be prepared to make changes if certain approaches aren't working. Continuous improvement in communication will help your team adapt to the ever-changing demands of the oil and gas industry.
