To begin with for enhancing operational efficiency, the meeting type with periodicity and attendees needs to be identified. As our industry works in a 24x7 pattern, 3 types with the periodicity of (I) Daily, (II) Weekly and (III) Monthly. Well-defined agenda with allotted time needs to be adhered for the successful meeting. Further meeting feedback and Action Taken Report (ATR) based on the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) have to be taken in cognisance for the mid-course corrections in terms of (a) Agenda, (b) Participants, (c) Urgency and (d) Execution.
