Each of these pillars has smaller parts (i.e personal : body, mind, spirit, emotions; relational: family, friends, etc, professional: career goals, money, etc..) that are based on specific values. It's recommended to look at these values on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly etc..), and decide which ones are the most important. It's more crucial to keep these 3 pillars balanced as you go through life. Sometimes, you might pay more attention to values related to one pillar, but you need to keep an eye on the other 2 too. If you don't do this regularly, you might start to be out of balance, leading to feeling very stressed or even burned out.
