I also make myself available when someone else wants a second opinion. I get to expand my view and also expand someone else's - which brings expansion to the company.

I have found that when people ask for assistance from you is because they know you will follow thru with the answer either you or some other way, in my case, I try to understand their inquiry to try to find solutions to their problem ,at the moment or guide them to where they can find the help they need. If I know the steps I share them to save them time.
