Here's how you can overcome common challenges in decision making within partnerships.

When people have different opinions it can lead to conflict, arguments, and confusion. It's important to talk openly and agree on what success means for each person and the partnership at large. This way, everyone knows what they're working towards, and it's easier to make decisions that help reach those goals. Follow-up and measuring achievement is the key to the success of the partnership. As a global partnership facilitator, I have witnessed this work. As a facilitator one needs to take these matters seriously maintaining the health of the partnership.

Trust is indeed the cornerstone or foundation of successful partnerships, particularly in decision-making. Trust doesn't build in a day or two, it takes time. In my opinion, more meetings, setting short-term goals-working and achieving together builds stronger relationship and trust. In most my partnership trainings - I have seen that people always points their finger at others saying, "He is not trustworthy" but the question that needs to be asked is "Am I trustworthy"? This creates a solid foundation upon which collaboration can thrive, leading to more fruitful outcomes for all involved.
