One thing I found that helps me actively listen, is to look them in the eye, and wait for the other person to finish their thought before jumping in. Then wait 3-5 seconds after they apear to have finished their thought ( just to make sure they are done!) Then respond in kind, always with respectful, use their name, reference their thoughts and feelings in your "answer" finding something to validate. It not only shows you were truly listening, but also value their opinions. You dont even need to agree to see anothers perspectives, and appreciate where they are coming from.

O Sotrytelling nada mais é que se comunicar bem, num roteiro definido e não necessariamente só com palavras ditas / escritas. Minha percepção em diversificar as táticas envolve focar na linguagem não verbal (corpo, postura, apresentação visual da mensagem, cores) e no tom do que é dito (menos no conteúdo, em primeiro lugar). O "tom" nesse caso pode ser o tom de voz, a velocidade da fala, a abertura para perguntas entre uma fala e outra, por exemplo.
