According my experience I absolutely agree. When I beginned in tourism sector , more than 20 years ago the situation was different. It was the moment to implement the mesures in airport for security, the first moment of the use of internet for hotel bookings and the arrival of softwares for accomodation control as examples.The industry has changed with new trends as bleisure, dark tourism, ecotourism. Tourism industry will go on changing with the arrival of digitazation or AI and it is necesary to be informed and formed.
