Social security institutions are globally shaping a future that harnesses the immense opportunities of digital transformation. Yet, as digital technologies fundamentally change how people engage and interact with administrations, new challenges arise and raise concerns around access, the skills required, equity and inclusion. Addressing these challenges requires strategies to ensure that digital transformation work for all and that no one is left behind.

The main challenges and solutions, which have been addressed in the ISSA activities on digital inclusion, comprise the accessibility challenges, the skills and capacities needed to increase the use of digital services.

The first findings of the ISSA Project on Digital Inclusion will be shared in this fourth ISSA Webinar, outlining the global state of play on the challenges faced and existing innovative responses. It will discuss how to shape digital transformation for an equitable and inclusive future, maximising the many potential benefits technology offers.

Join us for this ISSA Webinar on digital inclusion, the fourth of a series of webinars on various aspects of this major challenge related to the ISSA’s four triennial topical priorities.
