"Seamless All-in-One Communication with Reliable Performance"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I appreciate most about Webex Suite is the seamless integration of its features. Calling, meetings, and messaging are all conveniently located in one place, and the experience feels genuinely consistent throughout. The audio and video quality are reliable, and the platform functions smoothly without the usual hassle found in some other services. This really simplifies daily communication for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The thing I dislike about Webex Suite is that it can feel a bit heavy at times. Some features take a while to load, and the interface isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. There are moments where it feels like it’s trying to do too many things at once, which can make simple tasks a bit slower than they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, Secure Collaboration for Hybrid Teams"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite offers seamless video meetings, team messaging, and calling in one integrated platform. Its reliability, security, and AI-powered features like real-time transcription and noise removal enhance productivity. Easy to use across devices, it supports hybrid work environments effectively—making communication smooth, efficient, and inclusive for teams everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite can feel less intuitive than competitors, with occasional UI clutter and inconsistent feature placement. Some users report performance lag during large meetings, and advanced settings may be hard to locate. Integration with non-Cisco tools isn’t always seamless, and the mobile experience sometimes lacks parity with the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex suite: Unlimited Free Meetings and Messaging for Small Businesses"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex suites is one of the best meeting tools I’ve used. The Webex suite stands out because it allows unlimited meetings at no cost, even though each meeting is limited to 40 minutes. However, you can simply restart the meeting with a new link after 40 minutes, and the sessions continue smoothly without restrictions. This is especially helpful for users and businesses that cannot subscribe to a premium plan, as it enables them to maintain communication with clients and handle internal discussions easily. Additionally, WebEx offers unlimited instant messaging, so teams can stay connected at any time without limitations, which helps keep operations running efficiently.

What I value most is that all these features are available for free, making WebEx an excellent choice for new and small businesses that need dependable communication tools without significant costs. For startups and individuals just starting out, the free tier covers nearly all essential requirements. That’s what makes WebEx feel genuinely valuable and unique to me. "Reliable Team Communication with Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

its been over a year now we are using Webex suite for meetings, i find webex suite very reliable for team communication especially during release cycles and incident calls, the call quality and noise-cancellation work well even when multiple people join from different networks, i also like the integrations with tools like Jira , Slack and CI/CD alerts which helps us stay updated during deployments, screen sharing and remote control features are smooth and useful when we need to troubleshoot issues together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

the desktop app feels slightly heavy at times, as it takes a few seconds more to open compared to other meeting tools. and switching between meeting or workspace can be a bit confusing for new team members, but overall its easy to use and we use it almost every time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Meetings with Crystal-Clear Audio and Effortless Scheduling"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

we are using Webex suite for meeting in our company from last 3 years, and personally i started using it from last 1 year. i mostly use it for client meeting, team catch ups and remote product demos, i like the video and audio quality stays stable even when my network is a bit weak. this helps a lot because in sales calls, even a small glitch can break the flow, it also gives me very clear screen sharing so when i m presenting campaign or showing performance numbers to client, everything looks neat. the meeting scheduling part is also easy, it connects smoothly with my calendar, so i dont have to send reminders manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

one thing i feel could be improved is that sometimes it take a little extra time to load after updates but once it opens the experience is smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Online Meetings and Collaboration Made Simple"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The thing I like best about Webex Suite is how easy it makes it to join and run online meetings, share content, and chat with teammates—all in one place. It has a simple, user-friendly interface, and features like noise cancellation and recording make remote teamwork feel smooth and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One thing I dislike about Webex Suite is that it sometimes uses a lot of computer resources and can feel slow, especially on older devices. Updates and joining meetings can occasionally take longer than expected, and sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered with options, making it harder to quickly find what you need. "Weber Suite Review"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I really like about the Webex Suite is how seamlessly it integrates all communication and collaboration tools into one platform. It simplifies management because meetings, messaging, calling, and webinars are all connected under a single control hub. The centralized admin console gives great visibility and control over user activity, security settings, and device management. I also appreciate the reliability of its performance, strong encryption standards, and the ability to enforce compliance policies across the organization. Overall, it makes it easier to maintain productivity while keeping everything secure and consistent for all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One of the main things I dislike about Webex is that its interface can sometimes feel cluttered and unintuitive, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with the system. Managing large-scale updates or integrations can also be time-consuming, and some features don’t always sync perfectly across the different components of the suite. The analytics dashboard, while useful, could offer more real-time insights and customization options. Additionally, occasional connectivity issues or audio/video lags can affect user experience, particularly during large meetings or webinars. It’s a powerful platform, but there’s still room for improvement in usability and consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable tool for meetings and team collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like that Webex makes online meetings smooth and professional. The video and audio quality are always clear, even with large groups. I use it at work for daily calls and client meetings, and it’s easy to share screens, record sessions, and send meeting invites. I also like that it connects well with Outlook and calendars, which makes scheduling simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes the app takes a little longer to start, especially on older systems. Also, when there are too many participants, it can slow down a bit. But overall, it’s reliable and works better than most other meeting tools I’ve tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience using Webex Suite"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like how it combines everything I need into a single, straightforward application. I love that I can easily move from a quick chat with a coworker to a full video meeting without ever closing the app or opening a new one. The quality of the video and audio is remarkably clear, and the noise cancellation feature is a lifesaver, easily blocking out the usual home office distractions. It genuinely simplifies my day by keeping all my conversations, files, and calendar-scheduled meetings organized in one reliable place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I dislike that Webex Suite can be a bit complicated to use at first and sometimes runs slow or takes time to load. I also dislike that joining meetings can require several steps, which makes it less convenient. The chat section can feel messy, and there are too many notifications at times.
