This is the big week we’ve been waiting for in the streaming-verse. Not only has Prime Video debuted the first three episodes of The Boys season 4, but on Sunday, June 16, HBO and Max are premiering the second season of House of the Dragon. Between those two shows alone, genre fans are in for a treat. Also on Sunday, MGM+ is debuting its new crime drama, Hotel Cocaine.
Meanwhile, Netflix is giving romance lovers the second half of Bridgerton season 3. And if you missed any of the other big premieres in June including The Acolyte, Clipped, and more, they’re all among the best new shows to stream below.
Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Max, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and Apple TV+ all have one thing in common: They’re more expensive than they used to be! We can live with higher rates as long as new shows keep coming, but it’s always a good idea to consider signing up for the ad-supported tiers, which are worth it if you can sit through a few commercials. If it can save you some money on your streaming bill, it’s worth it.
When you’re done here, check out the best new movies to stream this week, as well as the best shows on Netflix, best shows on Hulu, best shows on Amazon Prime Video, and best shows on Disney+.
